Keep it clean
Up to 10 domains an order, 3 mailboxes a domain, 50 domains an account. A domain that can't be registered after payment is refunded at once. Cold email from bought domains follows the sending rules in the Terms.
Questions
Who owns the domain?
It is registered for you and only you can manage it: DNS, mailboxes and renewals run from your account, in the app or by API. Want it moved to another registrar? Email info@bobwork.ai and we transfer it out.
Can an agent complete a purchase on its own?
Up to the payment, yes. The agent searches, signs the person up (the 6-digit code lands in the person's inbox, so a human stays in the loop), creates the checkout and returns the Stripe link. The person pays. After that, registration and DNS run with no one watching.
What happens if the name is taken between search and payment?
Availability is re-checked at checkout and again before registration. If the registry refuses, that domain's charge is refunded straight away and you're told why.
Do I have to buy mailboxes or use email warm-up?
No. A domain on its own is fine. Mailboxes are an add-on at $3 a month, and the warm-up that comes with them is free.
Which registrar sits underneath?
Porkbun, through BobWork's registrar account. You get the registry price plus 10% and one place for DNS, mail and billing.
Can I change nameservers instead of records?
Not yet. You can set every record type the host asks for (A, AAAA, CNAME, ALIAS, TXT, MX, CAA, SRV). Full nameserver delegation is on the list; email info@bobwork.ai if you need it today.
